Financial communication

Financial communication corresponds to all the communication actions put in place by a company listed on the stock exchange, or planning to be so, in order to present its development prospects, its cash flow, its financing capacities to a specialized audience. such as shareholders, investors, analysts or regulators. For listed companies, financial communication corresponds to legal obligations, specified by the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers), in particular the publication of quarterly turnover or half-yearly or annual accounts. Financial communication also has a strategic dimension: publicizing the company's activity, strategy and results so that the information is relayed by the specialized press and analysts and promoting the company's performance to attract new shareholders and raise the share price.
