Internal communication

Internal communication corresponds to all the communication actions put in place by a community or a company in order to create or strengthen within the organization relations between employees and the various structures or subsidiaries. Internal communication mainly concerns large structures where the size effect leads to a perceived fragmentation of purposes (specialization of trades) and services: its main objectives are the development of the internal cohesion of the company or the community, the facilitation of joint work by a better perception of each person's skills and finally the appropriation, by the employees, of the aims of the company and of its culture.
