The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) – or Sustainable Development (SD) – communication officer has a dual mission: leading the process and communicating on its results. Internally, it raises awareness and initiates the dynamics of change in individual behavior as well as in the commercial activity of the company. Externally, it communicates on CSR commitments and concrete evidence. Although its actions are diverse, it nevertheless maintains a constant objective: to guarantee consistent and responsible communication. On a daily basis, the SD / CSR communication officer collects data (carbon footprint, for example), monitors reporting indicators to monitor the company's progress with regard to the commitments made, responds to external audits (rating firms non-financial, sector benchmark, etc.), produces communication media (CSR report, flyer, poster, dedicated section on the website, etc.), organizes events (sustainable development week in the company, internal trophies …
