Internal communications officer

The internal communication officer's mission is to develop employees' pride and sense of belonging to the company, by ensuring the dissemination of information within the company. He thus promotes the company to employees: history, values, strategy, news, commercial successes, etc. Its role is to implement the internal communication strategy, support the deployment of cross-functional projects in the company, develop managerial communication. In concrete terms, the communication officer manages internal media (intranet, internal newsletter, internal journal), internal events (breakfasts between employees and general management, managerial conventions, seminars, vows ceremony). Then he is in charge of evaluating internal communication actions (statistical monitoring, satisfaction questionnaire, internal barometer, etc.).
