The employee, this new influencer

In 2017, AXA was the most quoted insurer in France on the web. The number of mentions has moreover multiplied by ten in the space of four years. This development is notably the result of an active presence of our employees on social networks. More and more of them are sharing, telling and promoting what is happening at AXA France every day. They are now true ambassadors who positively influence the perception of the company. My conviction is “that we don't make” our employees “our ambassadors”. They become so naturally. By the way, how does this process take shape? To suggest that the employees of a company have waited for social networks to be its ambassadors would be very simplistic.
