The CRM manager, in other words “Customer Relationship Management”, is in charge of managing and activating data relating to customers within the framework of communication campaigns and / or marketing campaigns. Its main mission is to retain consumers, always improving the experience offered to them with the brand. For that, it is necessary for him to set up and use a very strategic tool: the CRM.

This customer and digital communication professional works in close collaboration with the Communication and Marketing departments; just like Data sciences. Its feedback and statistical analyzes are useful for steering communication and marketing actions. He must know how to handle data, and demonstrate pedagogy to present his results and argue on avenues of optimization to improve the customer experience as well as support the commercial development of the company.
