The CRM manager, otherwise known as "Customer Relationship Management", is responsible for managing and activating customer data as part of communication and/or marketing campaigns. Their main mission is to build customer loyalty by constantly improving the experience offered to them with the brand. To do this, they must set up and use a very strategic tool: CRM. This customer and digital communication professional works closely with the Communication and Marketing departments; just like Data Sciences. Their feedback and statistical analyses are useful for managing communication and marketing actions.
