Quiz: What kind of cyber communicator are you?

Quiz: What kind of cyber communicator are you?

Rather cyber-aware or completely cyber-nawak? 🤓 The team We Are COM has decided to reveal your cyber-communicator personality to you. A test that will allow you to discover, alone or in a team, whether you are a dangerous digital sieve or a true computer security commando.

🎯 7 questions to determine if you've truly mastered cybersecurity or if you've been bluffing since 2019... Ready to face the truth?

#1 – 🧦 Great, today you're working from home. To make the most of this day, you decide to go to work from…

A – The café downstairs. The Wi-Fi is free and their cappuccino is inimitable. Hey, hey, why don't I treat myself to a cookie?

B – My living room, secure connection and slippers on my feet.

C – At Uncle Jean-Mi's in the countryside. Hearing the birds sing helps me stay calm in the face of my rather limited Edge connection.

D – From anywhere, your connection sharing is great. Technically it's not public...

#2 – 🐘 Damn, you've been logged out of your email… Luckily, you have the memory of an elephant. Your password is…

A – “Communication2025”. Simple, effective, and it works with a capital letter! That’s why you’ll never forget it.

B – “%Ib !4xXw27”. As soon as it’s generated, it’s immediately forgotten, but for you, that’s the price of security.

C – “123456”. That’s right, you’ve been waiting to change that temporary password for six months now. You’ll do it tomorrow.

D – Your astrological sign, quite simply. Clever, isn’t it?

#3 – 🎁 Phew, you've managed to log back in. That's good, your colleague just sent you a rather strange attachment, titled "DON'T MISS THIS!!!"...

A – You open up of course, it's intriguing and you like to live dangerously. #TooCurious

B – You check the sender's address. "Jean_Pierre_806"... Hmm, is that really from your JP?

C – You immediately forward this content to the IT department, but with a "LOL" attached. You don't want to come across as an amateur, but you don't want to come across as a complete paranoiac either. We'll see!

D – You open it, but after disabling the automatic preview. You read that somewhere… Intrigued, but not completely oblivious.

#4 – 🚨 Emergency, there's a typo on your landing page! You're going on a meeting and absolutely must delegate this task to a service provider as soon as possible. You almost forgot, they need your login details in the back office...

A – Hop, a WhatsApp, it’s practical, it’s fast and with a few emojis, it’s even super friendly.

B – You're using a secure sharing tool. You might be late, but there's no point in skimping on access.

C – You take your phone, it's so much easier verbally. Anyway, everyone in the open space knows the access codes, right?

D – You know you have to be careful and you pull out all the stops: an email with a secure Word document + an email with the password to access the file.

#5 – 📌 Speaking of email, you've chosen to personalize your professional signature by adding...

A – A link to your Instagram page. Personal branding isn't narcissistic, it's strategic.

B – A link to the company's LinkedIn account, verified by the IT department of course. Overzealous, no, never! But you prefer to protect yourself.

C – An inspiring quote that links to your portfolio: creating content is your DNA.

D – Why customize your professional signature? Yours was generated automatically, and you don't really know what's in it.

#6 – 😬 Ouch, one of your colleagues clicked on the “DON’T MISS OUT!!!” file. A meeting with the IT department is immediately impromptu and then you learn that you have been attacked by ransomware…

A – You nod silently: poker face! I promise you'll find out.

B – You dare to ask. After all, isn't the role of COM to translate IT language into human language?

C – You lighten the mood by innocently asking if we're talking about the latest Berlin electro-grunge festival. If you don't understand, you might as well lighten the mood.

D – Without further ado, you Google this coded message to stay in the loop. #Easy

#7 – 🙏 What a day! Finally, you're getting ready to go home. And that's when your computer—that sneaky little thing—starts asking you for a security update...

A – You're postponing, it's already 18:00 p.m., don't push it. Besides, you've been clicking "call me back later" for 3 weeks now, so you're not waiting a day.

B – Cybersecurity first! You launch the update. Come what may.

C – Clever, you're thinking it can wait until Friday afternoon. It'll be a little taste of the weekend.

D – Your secret? Only update if your computer starts to slow down. Otherwise, why bother?

If you have a majority of A's: ☠️ you are a CYBER-NAWAK

Ouch, ouch, ouch... One thing's for sure, you like to live dangerously! Dodgy logins, dubious passwords, more than dubious decisions.  Cybersecurity isn't about closing a series of pop-ups.

The team's recommendation? Get urgent information from your IT department and quickly watch a tutorial, or two, or even twelve!

If you have a majority of B's: 🛡️ you are CYBER-AWARE

Wow! Well done, you're a real pro when it comes to cybersecurity. Your reflexes are solid and your behavior thoughtful, so your company can sleep soundly. Your motto?Prevention is better than cure".

The team's recommendation? Share your best practices with your team! Come on, let's head for a safer and more united COM.

If you have a majority of C's: 🤡 you are a CYBER-OPPORTUNIST

With you, every situation is an opportunity: to raise a smile, save time, or even bend a few rules. When it comes to cybersecurity, you do your best, well, only when you think about it and when you want to.

The team's recommendation? Take a look at the IT department, ask all your questions (yes, even the ones you wanted to put off). Transform your adaptability into agility.

If you have a majority of D: 🎨 you are a CYBER-FUZZY

Not completely irresponsible, but clearly not at your best either. You're navigating by sight and assessing risks based on your gut feeling. If you think it's not that bad, it shouldn't be. Your digital routine is intuitive and abstract.

The team's recommendation? Let's clear this up once and for all. In communication, as in cybersecurity, a simple framework is better than inspired chaos.
