#1 – World Pizza Day
Save the Date: the February 9.
Yes, it also comes from across the Atlantic, but let's be honest: who else but the French (and the Italians!) could celebrate it better? 🇮🇹 Every year, World Pizza Day sparks passions on social media: from heated debates about pineapple to rankings of the best places and mouthwatering posts.
From a communication standpoint, this day is a treat for creativity! 🎯 Organize a team pizza party to strengthen cohesion, launch a LinkedIn poll “Team Margherita or Team Four Cheese?”, or twist your usual content with a cheeky metaphor: “Our strategy is like a successful pizza: a good base, fresh ingredients and a touch of love.” ❤️ In short, a day to savor… without moderation!
#2 – World Sleep Day
Save the Date: the 13 march.
Created by the World Sleep Society, World Sleep Day is an opportunity to raise awareness, talk about QWL and work-life balance.
It's also a chance for the more adventurous to share their best tips for napping at the office. 😴 Are you more of a Pomodoro Technique person in meetings or a pillow person during your lunch break? Humorous reels, quirky infographics, funny tutorials… Raising awareness doesn't have to mean being austere.
#3 – A Screen-Free Day
Save the Date: from May 19th.
This initiative, which encourages people to disconnect, is best known under the hashtag #digitaldetox. It's an ideal opportunity to launch small internal challenges and rediscover the benefits of paper.
More seriously, this day allows us to take the time to reconnect, but with humanity! ❌ 0 slides, 0 emails, 0 scrolling… And you, how long can you last? Share your experiences, more or less successful: a moment of relaxation guaranteed.
#4 – World Wine Day
Save the Date: the 25 may.
A day that celebrates above all the art of living, conviviality and French know-how! 🇫🇷 No need to bring out the glasses to participate: this date is above all an opportunity to promote the cultures, professions and territories that make our brands and regions shine.
On the communication side, play the refinement card: share your cultural favorites, your local partnerships or your collective successes around the notion of “vintage”. ????
And why not take the theme a step further? A “tasting of fine wines” can also be a way to highlight the finest projects of your team: those that are savored for a long time, with pride. (I.e. (No bubbles, I promise!)

Meow… 🐱 This day dedicated to raising awareness for feline welfare is the perfect opportunity to create interaction, share affection, and generate easy reach. How can you capitalize on this event? No need to overthink it, just add a cute kitten to your communications, and you're all set. Internal engagement, feel-good social content, employer branding… Cuteness is always a good idea.
#7 – World Dog Day
Save the Date: the August 26.
No one's left out! Dogs also have their own celebration. 🐶 Created in 2004 at the initiative of an American animal behaviorist, this day is an opportunity to highlight the loyal companions of your employees! On the intranet, as well as on your social media, World Dog Day is an opportunity for your teams to share a little bit of their daily lives.

Did you know? This day was created in honor of Harvey Ball, the inventor of the smiley face. There's no better time to humanize your communications.

#9 – World Toilet Day
Save the Date: the November 19.
We couldn't leave it out of this list of the most WTF world days. 🧻 And what's more, this official event was launched by the UN, no less! Capitalizing on World Toilet Day can lead to some quirky posts or even some great tips for a fulfilling work-life balance.
In fact, why not decorate the open-plan office toilets with ultra-inspiring quotes? 💡 Don't they say the best ideas come when you least expect them?
#10 – World Ugly Sweater Day
