Born in software development, the agile method and its most widespread framework, Scrum, offer a concrete solution: work in short cycles, prioritize continuously, deliver quickly, and adjust constantly. This workshop invites you to discover these methods and, above all, to translate them into the language and deliverables of a communications professional.

Prerequisites: None. The training is accessible to communications professionals who have never used agile methodologies. Experience in managing communication projects facilitates participation in the workshops.
