Training – Crisis communication

Anticipate, understand and (re)act in the best possible way in the event of a crisis

Crises tend to strike when you least expect them, but that doesn't mean you can't prepare for them. In a crisis, how you communicate with the media – quickly, and over time – is key.

The objective of this We Are COM training is to enable you to identify the impact of a crisis on your organization and the measures to be taken to mitigate its effects. This training day will put you at the heart of the action thanks to a simulation exercise supervised by an expert in crisis communication.

From the identification of risks to the roles of leaders, via social media and tools for monitoring your actions, you will have the opportunity to discover the most effective mechanisms and systems for dealing with the crisis and will share your problems with course of practice sequences.
