In an environment where information circulates continuously and where every individual can become a media outlet, public speaking is no longer something that can be improvised. Making one's messages stand out, preserving one's credibility, and controlling one's image now require method, composure, and preparation.

Designed and led by our partner Human Backstage, experts in sensitive communication, in collaboration with Cours Florent, this training program will guide you in mastering media relations. You will learn to understand journalistic codes, formulate clear and impactful messages, manage the pressure of an interview, and deliver your message accurately, whatever the situation.

Who Should Attend ? 🤓

Who is it for? This training aims to support any communicator whose activity or context is likely to generate media coverage.

Prerequisites: To act as an internal/external spokesperson within one's organization or to support the spokespeople within one's organization through one's role

The objectives of the training 🚀

  1. Consciously activate your verbal, paraverbal, and nonverbal tools
  2. Formalize your messages within a media context, taking into account the expectations of your stakeholders, through traditional and digital media.

  6. Measure the impact of your communication and identify your areas for improvement

  • Facilitation by two people: an institutional communicator / PR professional and an actor to facilitate with complementary expertise and techniques.
  • Theoretical input: 20% / Practical application: 80%
  • All the exercises offered are derived from theatrical techniques.
  • Role-playing exercises filmed in real-life situations based on themes related to and outside of a professional context.
