Who is it for? Are you a communications manager, CSR manager, employer branding specialist, internal communications manager, or working in an agency, and do you want to implement a performance and impact-driven approach to your communication activities? This training is for you!

Prerequisites: Experience in communication (minimum 2 years recommended). Previous experience in designing or managing a communication campaign. Providing a case study or campaign you wish to evaluate would be an asset.

This one-day (7-hour) training course is aimed at communication managers, CSR managers, employer branding managers, internal communication managers and agencies.

It addresses the levers and performance indicators in an impact-based approach: reputation, influence, usefulness, engagement.

The program includes: differentiating between performance and impact, building an evaluation grid, choosing and implementing the right tools (dashboards, monitoring, scorecards), interpret the data, and promote the results internally. Alternating between theory, feedback from experience, and practical exercises.

This training is delivered in a hybrid format (unless specifically contraindicated) with:

  • a physical location within the city limits of Paris
  • a TEAMS video conference

The training sessions start at 9:30 am and end at 17:45 pm.
