Definition : an ambassador represents any person or any legal entity that promotes the good image of someone or something. In communication and marketing, we more generally speak of a “brand ambassador”, whose role is, as its name suggests, to convey the discourse of a brand and therefore to promote its good reputation. The ambassador can be a simple satisfied customer, an influencer, an institution, a business leader, an employee, etc.
