Definition: Point of Sale Advertising (known as POS) corresponds to all the communication actions put in place at the point of purchase to attract the prospect or regular customer to a product. This can be done by an original promotion of the product on the shelf through a display, the installation of window stickers on the ground, the addition of posters in the window, etc. or the creation of promotional activities (example: tasting, demonstration, etc.). We speak of dynamic POS when it comes to screens or interactive terminals.
